(by supporting Gangoa Primary Cooperative Society) now invites Consultants of having category of Grade 4 and above that eligible and qualified which fulfill the following requirements, to submit sealed bids for the detailed (architectural & Structural) design of G+2 Multipurpose building located at Guji zone, Abaya Woreda, Gangoa town 7Km from Dilla town.
Consultants for category Grade 4 & above who have valid license for the current year 2017 E.C. can obtain a complete set of bidding document from office of Oromia Coffee Farmers’ Cooperative Union located at Gelan town, starting from the first date this notice posted on the addis zemen newspaper up on submission of a written application & payment of non- returned fee of Birr 600.00 (Birr Six hundred only) to Commercial Bank of Ethiopia account 1000369311747 or Cooperative bank of Oromia account 1000005951163 and receive deposit slip. The Consultant shall present: -
Its tax clearance from federal/Oromia/other respected Revenue Bureau Valid at least at bid submission date and VAT registration certificate and all other legal documents,
Bidding will be conducted through the National Open Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procedure Specified in the bidding documents and is open to all eligible bidders. A detail qualification criterion is stated in the bidding documents.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office at the address stated below from 2:00 to 6:00 am and 7:00 to 11:00 pm from Monday to Thursday, 2:00 to 5:30 am and 7:30 pm to 11:00 pm on Friday and 2:00am to 6:00 am on Saturday local time.
- Submission and opening of the bid will be at the office the address stated above.
- The deadline of bid submission & bid opening (both Technical and financial offers) will be on the 22nd day at 4:00 am & 4:30 am local time respectively, from which it is posted on Newspaper. Late bid shall be rejected.
- The bidders shall submit one "Original" and "One Copy" of Technical and Financial documents that shall be produced in such a way that the original one copy to be wax sealed in one envelope for technical and financial separately. It should also be labeled as 'one original and one copy' and all to be placed in one outer large mother envelope. The bid security must be wax sealed separately marked "Bid security" and must be put in the envelope of the original financial documents. Every envelope should be wax sealed. Signed and stamped by the bidder properly and separately.
- All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% from total amount of Bid in the form of CPO and put in original technical document sealed separately.
- The Consultancy service shall be completed within the maximum of 45 calendar days from the commencement date of the work.
- Oromia Coffee Farmers' Cooperative Union L.L has the right to reject all or parts of the bid.
