National Competitive Bidding (NCB)

1. Gofa Industrial College invites eligible supplier/contractor for the following lots

• Lot 1: supply submersible water pump with accessories
• Lot 2: Supply of pipe with accessories
• Lot 3: Submersible pump and pipe installation and civil works
• Lot 4: Supply of DC Charger with all accessories

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Bank and other Relevant Laws of the country, and is open to all eligible bidders.
3. A complete set of bidding document in English shall be obtained from Procurement Division of Gofa Industrial collage located Gofa area, upon producing receipt of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) during working hours (Monday to Friday 8:00AM-12:00PM and 1:00PM-4:30 PM) within 10 working days from announcement date.
4. Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amount of birr 20,000.00 (twenty thousand) for each lot in the form of Unconditional and Irrevocable Bank Guarantee from Banks or Cashier's Payment Order (C.P.O) from any local Bank in separate envelope.
5. Technical and Financial proposal must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose before 10 working days from announcement date at 10:00 AM in the above mentioned address.
6. Technical and financial proposals bid opening shall be held on 10 working days from announcement date at 10:30 AMin the in the above mentioned address.
7. Bid Validity is 90 days starting from bid opening
8. Bid security shall be valid for 120 days starting from bid opening

10. Failure to comply any of the conditions from item 2 to 8 above shall entail automatic rejection.
11. The Gofa Industrial College reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
