- Expressions of Interest (EOI) will be evaluated in accordance with the Addis Ababa City Government Procurement and Property Admin Proclamation and Directives.

Interested Consultants are advised to collect the detailed assessment criteria from Addis Ababa City Roads Authority, Head Office, Ground Flo Engineering Procurement Directorate, Room No. 39, free of charge
N.B:
- Application of Expression of Interest not supported by the relevant evidences shall not be considered
- Consulting firms who would like to participate in an association shall indicate the form of association specifically as a sub-consultancy or joint venture Experiences in Road projects shall indicate; services type, length in km, pavement type and all other necessary descriptions
- Consulting firms debarred or suspended by the FPPPA and Addis Ababa Bureau of Finance from participation in upcoming tenders are not eligible to participate, and applications of such firms or associations made with such firms (if submitted) will be rejected.
- Expressions of Interest must be delivered in one original and three copies to the address below (in person) on or before January 21, 2025 at 5:00 PM. Late submissions may be rejected.
- The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions.
