A complete set of Bidding Documents in English can be purchased by interested bidders from Oromia Bureau of Agriculture at "Sarbet" area in front of School of Nations The regional government of Oromia bureaus Middle Block 3rd floor Procurement during office hours by depositing 400.00 (four hundred birr) non-refundable fee at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia ORO. BUR.AGR. NAT. RES.A/C 1000007342105 starting from November 14,2024
All bids must be accomplished by bid bond Birr 138,000.00 in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or certified payment order (C.PO).
Bids must be delivered to Oromia Bureau of Agriculture, "Sarbet" area in front of school of nations the regional government of Oromia bureaus in the Middle Block 3^rd floor at Procurement team on December 05, 2024 up to 10:00 am in the morning.
Bidders should submit their technical and financial offers separately in wax-sealed envelopes one original and one copies for each.
Bid will be closed on the date December 05, 2024 at 10:00 am & opened the presence of bidder or their legal representatives on the same date at 10:30 am.
Late bids will be rejected.
