1. Guna seed multiplication and Marketing Cooperative Union now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidder for Procurement of:
   1. 80,000 pieces of PP bags per day including tarpaulin line on turnkey base
   2. 300 Pieces of PP Mat per day Complete Turnkey Plant
   3. PP Raffia, Filler Master Batch, Color Master Batch, Flexor Grapy Printing Ink and Thinner/Propane/
2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures Contained in the Public Procurement proclamation of the Federal government of Ethiopia which is open to all eligible and qualified bidders.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and collect the Bidding Document at the address given below at 7 (a) from 8:30 AM to 4:30 P.M.
4. Eligible documents are: - Renewed trade license for the current year, Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate, Tax Payer Identification Certificate (TIN).
5. A complete set of the bidding document in English language may be purchased and inspected by interested bidders on the address below upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 500.00 (Birr five hundred). The method of payment will be in CBE account 1000161175718.
6. Bidding documents must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) on or before November 27, 2024 GC at 10:00 A.M late bids shall be rejected.
7. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 7 (d) on November 27, 2024 G.C at 10:30 A.M.
