The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) from registered suppliers for the procurement of Supply & Apply Domestic Water Pump Work

Tender No. ECWCT/NCB/PW/25/2017

1. The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) from registered suppliers for the procurement of Supply & Apply Domestic Water Pump Work.
2. Whereas a supplier wishes to participate for this bid but not yet registered in the suppliers' list may apply to the relevant authority for registration.
3. The bidding document may be purchased by interested suppliers from the office of Procurement Department Two Team Two against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 400.00 (birr Four hundred).
4. This invitation for bid is open to all interested bidders regardless of their nationality and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the provisions indicated in the bidding document. The bidding document is prepared in English language.
5. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence;
   1. Trading License renewed for 2016 E.C
   2. Tax Clearance Certificate indicating the bidder is allowable to participate in any public tender,
   3. Vat Registration certificate and
   4. Registration certificate as supplier from the mandated public body,
6. Bids must be delivered or deposited in the Tender Box available at the office of the Procurement Department Two, Team Two before the closing date and time on, November, 18/2024 at 9:00 (O'clock) Local Time.
7. Bids will be opened on, November, 18/2024 at 9:30 (O'clock) Local Time in the Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation, Procurement Department Two Room in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend.
8. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security; the amount of the Bid Proposal security shall be 250,000.00 (Birr Two Hundred Fifty Thousand). The bid security should be either in the form of Certified Payment Order (CPO) and/or Unconditional Bank Guarantee in the name of Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation. Bid bond in the form of insurance bond or in any other form shall not be accepted.
9. The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation reserves its rights to reject any or all bids.
