1. The Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency (OPPPDA) has a mandate to procure strategic procurement with lump sum Contract Agreement on behalf of Oromia Transport Agency who have funds within the government budget to be used for the procurement of motor cycles for Oromia Regional State Government.
2. The Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of;

3. Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Regional Government of Oromia and are open to all eligible bidders.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from Sunday to Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 am in the morning and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the afternoon.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr). The method of payment will be Cash on site.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 05 November, 2024, at 11:00 am. in the morning. The item must be accompanied by a bid security of One percent (1%) of the bid price. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's/representatives/ who chooses to attend at the address below 05 November, 2024 at 11:15 a.m. in the morning.
7. The OPPPDA reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
