Extension of Tender Submission Deadline

- This is to inform you that the deadline for the tender referenced TCF/ICBD/001/2024 for
Consultancy & Management Service for the Engineering, Design, Procurement, Supply,
Construction, Erection/Installation, and Commissioning of Tegoga Cement Factory Share
Company has been extended by one month.
- The revised key dates are as follows:
-Tender Floating Date: June 19, 2024 G.C
- Revised Tender Closing Date: September 2, 2024 G.C, 4:00 PM (Afternoon)
- Revised Tender Opening Date: September 3, 2024 G.C, 9:00 AM (Morning)
The extension is to ensure all potential bidders have ample time to prepare their technical and financial proposals. As previously indicated, the proposals must be submitted in three separate sealed envelopes: one soft copy, one original hard copy, and two copies of hard copies.
- The bid must also be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total contract price.
