Global Insurance Company invites sealed Bid for following items/lot/.
Lot I. Stationary Materials
Lot II. Sanitary Materials
Lot II. Office furniture
Lot IV. Electronic Materials (Computer, Printer etc.)
INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS
- Renewed Trade License, Trade Registration and Supplier certification.
- Bidders must submit VAT, Tax clearance and TIN Registration certificate.
- The bid document can be obtained from the office of Global Insurance Company, Addis Ababa, and Tel: 011-1-565850 up on payment of non-refundable 100 Birr for each Lot between 8:00 Am to 4:00Pm on any working day from August 5, 2024 to August 16, 2024.
- All bids must accompany by a bid security of bid value listed above for respective work type, in acceptable form 10,000.00 Birr for each Lot (CPO or bank Guarantee) Prepared in the name of Global Insurance Share Company.
- The bidder shall seal the original and copy of the bid in separate envelop. Dully marking the envelopes as "Original" and "Copy" as appropriate. On the envelope, and shall write name, address and sign, sealed correctly, and forward both to the employer.
- The bidder should submit their technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes. In addition to this the bidder should submit sample for Lot I & Lot II.
- The bid will be closed at 2:00 PM on August 16, 2024 & open on the same date at 3:00 PM
- GIC reserve the right to accept or reject any part or all bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
