Intersted bidders shall submit their proposal as per  the following condtions.

1. A Copmplete set of Bidding document can be purchased by interested bidders upon payment /depositing/ of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 /Two Hundred/ in Account Number IN043007 for  each Lot in any branch of Hibret Bank nearest and convenient to you after 3/three/ days of this bid announet for the first time.

2. Bidders can obtain the bid document from Procurement Division Which is located at Lid Sub-city in fron of addis Ababa University School of Commerce Hiberet Tower 19th floor.

3. Intersted bidders are advisted to review the bid  document cerefully before preparing & submitting their bids.

4. Bids must be submitted on or before July 5,2023 until 2:00 PM Hiberet Bank Office at Hibir Tower 19th floor

5. Each bid must be presented in a sealed envelop and strictly in accordance with teh instruction to bidders indicated in the bid document.

6. The biod will be opende at Hibret Head Office located at Hibret Tower 4th Floor at presence of bidders or  their representative who choose to attend in the  bid opening on july 5,2023at 2:30P.M

7. Failure to observe the instructions & conditions provided in the bid document will constitute ground for rejection of the bidders from compettion.

8.Bidders have to furenish the gurantee form other bank /Out of Hibret bank/

9. The Bank reseres the reght to accept or reject the bid partly or totelly.
