2. Bidding will be condacted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contaien in the Dirctves of the Bank and other Relevant Laws of the Country and is open to all eligible bidder.

3. A complete set of bidding documents in Engilsh shall be obtained from procurrmrnt Division of Awas Bank S.C located at HQ Building 12th floor upon producing recipt of non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 /Five Hubdred Birr/ by depositing in Account Number 015400544500, at AWASH BANK ANY BRANCH, during office hours /Monday to Friday 8:00 AM -12:00 PM 1:00 PM -05:00PM and Saturday 8:00 AM -12:00 PM /  starting from June 5/2023 upon Prsentation of copy of renewed Trade license Certificate of registration of copy of renwed Trade license Certificate of registration Tax Clearance certifcation VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Registration Certificate

4. Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amoun of ETB 2,000,000.00 /Two Million Birr/ in the form of Cashier's payment order CPO or unconditional and irrevocable Bank Gurantee letter from local reputable Banks and must be addressed to ''AWASH INTERNATIONAL BANK S.C'' in separate envelop Failure to fulfill acceptable bid security will be cause for disqualification.

5. Bid document must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or befor June 19,2023 at 10:00 AM in the above mentioned address.

6. Bid opening ahall be held at the office of Director, Procurement and Supplies Management Directorete located at Awash Bank HQ Building 12th floor in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who wish to attend on June 10,2023 at 10:30 AM.

7. Bid validityshall be 120 days after technical bid opening.
