Wolaitta Development Association (WODA) is looking for the supply of several GPS for its vehicles, tractors, and construction machinery as per the specification detail which is attached on the tender document.

The list of machines /Equipment needed are:

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering in the procurement manual of the Wolaita Development Association.
2. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 200.00 (Two hundred birr) starting office hours from Monday to Friday 8:00 AM -12:00 Am and 1:30 PM-5:30 PM from Purchase and Property Administration Section of the Association at Sodo Town and from Addis Ababa Liaison Office from the address mentioned below.
3. For eligibility, bidders should bring copies of renewed Trade Licenses, certificate of supplier's registration, Taxpayer registration certificate, Value added tax certificate and tax clearance certificate, and commercial registration certificate.
4. The bid proposal must be sealed and deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose during office hours at Addis Ababa Liaison Office from the address mentioned below before the bid closing time and date.
5. The bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond of birr 10,000.00(Ten thousand birr) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee valid for not less than 60 days from the date of bid opening.
6. Bidders should submit their proposals in wax-sealed envelopes (i.e Technical and Financial proposals respectively) with two copies.
7. Wax sealed bids envelope must be submitted to the address below by 4 pm within 15 consecutive working days after the date of announcement on the Ethiopian Herald News Paper, the bid will be opened at 4:30 pm on the last working day in the presence of bidders or their representative who choose to attend at the opening ceremony in Wolaitta Development Association Addis Ababa Liaison Office.
8. Wolaitta Development Association reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.
