Invitation to Bid

Premier Switch Solutions S.C (PSS) hereinafter referred to as ("The Purchaser") is pleased to announce Local Open competitive bid for the Procurement of the under listed item

1.1 A complete set of bidding documents can be obtained by interested bidders up on payment of non-refundable Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) from Premier Switch Solutions, Corporate Service Department, 7th Floor Awash Insurance Building, Awash Towers, Ras Abebe Aregay Street P.O.Box_14805 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Africa Avenue, from the date: January 5, 2023 during working hours from Monday to Saturday.

1.2 Bidders should provide copy of eligibility documents (Renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate).

1.3 Bidder should submit a complete bid document to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the Bid name lot numbers written on the envelope to Corporate Service Department on or before April 19, 2023, 2:00 P.M. Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

1.4 Bid Document should be accompanied with bid Security of Birr 5,000.00 (Birr Five Thousand only). The bid bond shall be in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee shall be valid for 120 daysfrom the Bid opening date.

1.5 Prices quoted shall remain valid for 120 days from the Bid opening date.

1.6 Bid will be opened on April 19, 2023 at 2:30 P.M in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the PSS Board room
